We’re currently working with two providers so it’s important we get you to the right place to provide you with the help and answers to your questions.

You’ll find our contact numbers on any letters or documents we’ve sent.  If you don’t have your paperwork to hand here’s a quick way to find the contact information you need.

If you’ve bought Asda Online Exclusive Car Insurance you’ll get all the help you need through our Online Account Manager

If your policy number starts with AC or AE (for example AC1234567RAC) and/or you bought your policy on or after 9 of July 2012, choose option 1 from the Service, Claims, Breakdown or Windscreen sections below.

If your policy number starts with anything else choose option 2 from the Service, Claims, Breakdown or Windscreen sections below.

If you bought your policy online and your policy starts AC or AE you’ll get all the help you need online through our Online Account Manager. Please have your policy number and the email address you used when you bought your policy online, to hand.

Claims

When you contact us we’ll ask you for your location, if you need immediate assistance, what the damage to your vehicle is, the names and contact details for any witnesses as well as the details of anyone else involved in the incident.

Breakdown

When you contact us we’ll ask you for your location, the number of people with you and a brief description of the problem, so that we can help as quickly as possible.

If you have breakdown cover included in the price of your insurance you’ll need one of the following numbers:
