Bought your policy online and/or your policy number starts with XECUK?

We're pleased to introduce the self-service page. Through this you can:

  • Get another copy of your insurance and policy documents
  • Get a claims form pre-filled with the details you have already provided
  • Cancel your policy within the 14 day cooling off period
  • Request to change your policy details

At the moment the self-service page only works if you bought your policy online and/or your policy starts 'XECUK'. If this doesn't apply to you or you'd prefer to call, then please take a look at the information below.
