If you find a better exchange rate at any other bureau within five miles of your Asda Travel Money bureau, we guarantee to beat it.
The Exchange Rate Guarantee is subject to rate verification and applies to ‘like for like’ transactions where you are exchanging sterling for personal use into any of the foreign currencies sold at your chosen Asda Travel Money bureau. The guarantee includes currency, American Express Travellers Cheques or Asda Money Currency Card but does not apply to sterling products or any currency purchased online or over the telephone. The Exchange Rate Guarantee applies to competitor exchange rates available in the ordinary course of business and does not apply to exchange rates which are only available to staff, club members, loyalty card rates or other selected groups or individuals. This is not an exhaustive list. The five miles are measured from the Asda Store address using the AA Route Planner.
We won’t refund your transaction to offer you a better rate if you try to use the Exchange Rate Guarantee after you have purchased your foreign currency from us. The Exchange Rate Guarantee won’t apply to any exchange rates which include any offers to buy-back unspent foreign currency and is not available in conjunction with any other offer related to exchange rates. The Exchange Rate Guarantee can’t be used to purchase foreign currency for wholesale, speculative investment or any other purposes.
If your chosen currency is out of stock, we’ll order it in for you. We’ll try to let you know when your currency will arrive in-store. You must then collect your order within five days of the date we inform you.
