Kids Pass Terms & Conditions
1. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The Kids Pass offer is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over. Customers must be an Asda Rewards member to receive the Kids Pass (see point 8 for fulfilment method).
3. To be offered a free of charge 6-month Kids Pass, customers must purchase travel money via Asda Money, online and in-store (travel money only, selected stores) and enter their Asda Rewards number at online checkout or scan their Asda Rewards app barcode at an in-store travel money bureau. Certain minimum criteria, alongside point 5, must be met to receive the offer:
a) Travel Money: Minimum purchase of £100 at a travel money bureau. Minimum purchase of £350 for home delivery. Minimum purchase of £100 for click & collect to selected Asda stores. Pound Sterling is excluded from all aspects of this promotion, only foreign currencies apply. Purchases of Pound Sterling will not count towards the spend criteria of this promotion
4. The opening date and time for receipt of entries is 00:01 on 14h April 2025 and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 30th September 2025.
5. Maximum one Kids Pass per registered Asda Rewards member, per household. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. New Kids Pass users only or expired users after 30 days. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.
6. Kids Pass is a paid for membership that gives users discounts at thousands of UK attractions for days out or holidays. This offer allows qualifying recipients a free 6-month Kids Pass, gaining access to the same UK attraction offers, free of charge. Kids Pass is administered by Digital Rewards Group (details below) and is subject to their Terms and Conditions (see point 9 below). Any issues arising from use of the Kids Pass are the responsibility of Digital Rewards Group and not Asda.
a) Kids Pass is a trading name of Digital Rewards Group, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08924065 and with registered office at Charter House, Woodlands Road, Altrincham, WA15 9BD. This is also the main trading address. VAT number is GB201106976.
7. The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of Asda Money are final in relation to this promotion. We reserve the right to suspend, modify or cancel this Promotion or amend these T&Cs at any time without notice, for any reason, and without liability to any customers for doing so.
8. To receive a Kids Pass, customers will be asked to fill out a consent form. This will be linked to their purchase confirmation email, POS at the travel money bureau, paper receipt (travel money bureau only), on the Asda Money site (money.asda.com/summer-super-hero) or on this link. By submitting the form, you agree to being sent an email with a unique Kids Pass link.
Qualifying customers only (see criteria in point 3). Participants must enter their Asda Rewards membership and other details correctly to receive the email. The date on which the email will be sent will depend on the product purchased:
a) Travel Money: Up to 5 days
9. Qualifying participants will have until 30 days after the campaign end date (30th September 2025) to sign up to Kids Pass, after which the invitation link will expire. The free 6-month membership will start as soon as the Kids Pass registration has been completed. Once signed up, members must adhere to the Kids Pass terms & conditions found here: https://www.kidspass.co.uk/terms
After the free 6-month membership, the membership will be expired. It will not be automatically renewed, no payment details will be needed and no charges will be made. Members can choose to renew at their own expense.
10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Asda reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
11. Asda Money will accept no responsibility for entries that do not follow the aforementioned qualifying criteria or late purchases, nor any associated costs. We accept no responsibility for customers not successfully completing transactions due to any kind of technical fault.
12. Prizes are awarded at Asda Money’s discretion and the Kids Pass will not be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
13. By entering the promotion, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used by Asda Financial Services Limited and DRG (both as Data Controllers) for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including contacting qualifying participants. c) In respect of personal loans Asda Financial Services Limited is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Aro which is a trading name of Aro Finance Limited, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

IES Limited is licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission number FSC25393 and trades into the UK on a freedom of services basis, FCA FRN 824283. Asda Travel Insurance is administered by Insure & Go Insurance Services Limited. Insure & Go Insurance Services Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference number 309572.
c) Credit Card: Issued by Jaja Finance Ltd (registered address: 27 Old Gloucester St, Holborn, London, WC1N 3AX)
d) Breakdown Cover: Britannia Rescue is a trading name of Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited which is a part of the Allianz Group, registered in England and Wales number 3232514.
