What do I earn cashback on?
You'll get 1% cashback for purchases made in ASDA stores including ASDA Supercentre, ASDA Living and ASDA Supermarkets and all purchases from www.ASDA.com/groceries, www.ASDA.com/direct, www.George.com and all ASDA petrol stations. Other purchases at ASDA will earn 0.5%.
You will earn 0.5% on all other purchases outside of ASDA

What will I not earn cashback on?
You will not earn any cashback on Cash Advances (including balance transfers, cash withdrawals from a cash machine, cash over the counter at a bank or cash provider, mobile phone top ups and foreign currency and travellers cheques), interest, default charges, insurance premiums and other fees and charges.

What if I get a refund on something I have purchased?
You won’t get Cashback on purchases that have been refunded.

How much cashback can I earn?
The amount of cashback you can earn is unlimited. Which means there is no cap on the amount of cashback you can earn.

How do I know how much cashback I have earned?
Any cashback you earn will be credited to your account the following month. You can view this online and on your monthly statement. Your Online Account will also be updated every 24 hours so you can view your most up to date cashback total.

Why is all my cashback not showing on my statement?
To view your most up to date cashback total please go to your Online Account which is updated within 24 hours.

What happens if I close my account?
Cashback is paid monthly, so to ensure you receive what you have earned, you shouldn't close your account until you have received your statement and the Cashback has been added. If your account is suspended then you will not earn cashback.

How will I get my cashback?
Cashback will be credited to your account balance every month and cannot be redeemable through cash or cheques.

When am I paid my cashback?
The cashback earned will be credited to your account balance every month.

Can I get my cashback as cash or a cheque?
You cannot get the cashback as cash or a cheque.

What happens to my cashback if I miss a payment?
Cashback may be suspended or not earned if you miss an account payment.

Can I use my cashback to pay my minimum payment?
No, cashback cannot be used to pay your minimum payment or any payments on your account.

How many days do I have to transfer a balance?
90 days from account opening.

What happens to my 0% Balance Transfer offer if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment you will be taken off the 0% Interest free promotional rate and you will start being charged interest on your account at your standard rate.

How many days do I get Interest Free on purchases?
Whatever you buy on your Asda Money Credit Card, you'll get up to 50 days interest free on purchases if you pay your balance in full and on time each month, this excludes Balance Transfers and Cash Advances.

Why am I being charged interest on a 0% Balance Transfer rate?
You will not be charged interest on 0% Balance Transfers. You will be charged interest on any remaining balances from standard purchases. So if your balance is a combination of purchases and 0% Balance Transfers you only pay the interest on purchases.

Do I pay an annual fee on this Credit Card?
No, there’s no annual fee charge on the Asda Money Credit Card.

Will I get free home delivery?
Yes, for every grocery shop at www.ASDA.com using your Asda Money Credit Card spending over £125 you will get FREE home delivery.

Will I get charged a fee on Asda Travel Money?
No, if you get your Asda Travel Money with your Asda Money Credit Card you won't pay any fees.

Where can I buy Travel Money?
You can buy your Travel Money online, over the phone or at one of Asda's in-store Travel Money Bureaus.

No, you can’t earn cashback this way, although, unlike other credit cards, you’ll not pay a fee to buy your Asda Travel Money with your Asda Money Credit Card.

No, cashback is not earned on Utility Bills.

I've not been accepted for a card. Can I learn more about my credit rating?
You can with Asda. You can get your free credit report which is free for life, not just 30 days. It will tell you your current credit rating as well as lots of other information that could even help you improve your credit rating over time.

What happens if I spend over £20?
There’s nothing to worry about, if your shopping comes to more than £20 you’ll simply be asked to enter your PIN into the machine as you usually would.

You can also now make contactless payments in 48 countries worldwide: the United States, Canada, Thailand, Turkey, Australia….and many more. Just look for the contactless symbol on the card reader.

How safe is Contactless compared with Chip and PIN?
Contactless payments offer the same security you’re used to with Chip and PIN so although there’s no need to enter your PIN every time, you may be asked occasionally.
