How do I order my travel money?
There are three convenient ways to order your travel money.
1. You can order online quickly and easily by choosing the currency you want and the amount you need. If you choose to have your currency delivered, it will be sent to your billing address, or you can come and collect it at one of our in store bureaux.
2. You can order over the phone on 0845 9000 955† and ask for delivery or collect in store.
3., You can order your travel money at your nearest Asda Travel Money bureau.
Can I get my travel money in store?
Yes, you can now choose to either collect your order, or get your travel money instantly at one of our in store travel money bureaux.

What payment types do you take?
Payment can be made using Visa/Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro or Solo. Please note: no Debit card handling fees charged. Credit card handling fee of 1.5% (min £4.00 – max £15.00).
No cash advance fee on Asda Travel Money when you pay with your new Asda Money Credit Card.
Will I be charged a fee if I pay by card?
You will not be charged a card handling fee if you choose to pay by Maestro, MasterCard® Debit, Visa Debit or Asda Money Credit Cards. We are charged a fee where customers choose to pay by MasterCard Credit Card or Visa Credit Card, therefore if you wish to pay by MasterCard Credit Card or Visa Credit Card, we will charge a card handling fee of 1.5% of the order value (min £4.00 - max £15.00). This will be shown within your order summary as a “Credit Card handling fee”. Your Credit Card issuer / provider may charge a ‘‘Cash handling fee’’; please check the terms and conditions of your agreement. Any additional charge will not appear on your order total but will appear on your credit card statement. The total sum payable by you to us will be shown in your order summary.
What currencies can I order?
All major currencies including Euro, US Dollar, Swiss Francs and many more. If you can’t see what you need listed, or don’t know which currency to buy, just call 0845 9000 955†.
How can I check the latest exchange rates?
Visit the Travel Money Overview page and use our handy currency rate tool to find out the latest rates. Alternatively when you click ‘Order travel money’ you will be taken through to our travel money site where you can check any of our currency rates before you buy

Where can my order be delivered?
For security reasons, we can only deliver your foreign currency to the UK billing address of your payment card. Alternatively you can choose to pick up your currency from one of our in store bureau.
Can I choose a delivery date?
You can choose to have your online or phone order delivered to your home or to an in store Asda Travel Money Bureau, where you can pick it up. You can place your order up to 14 days in advance of the collection date.
For home delivery, you can choose Next Working Day delivery if you order before 2pm Monday to Thursday.
For bureau collection, you can order Euros and US Dollars from 24 hours prior to collection and all other currencies from 72 hours prior to collection, provided Travelex receives and subsequently confirms your order by 2.00pm on the day you order.
What are the delivery charges?
All Asda Travel Money orders over £500 are delivered free. Between £50 and £499.99 there is a charge of £3.95. You can choose to collect in store for free with our Click and Collect service.
What happens if I'm not at home?
Because your travel money has to be signed for, a card will be left which gives details of where the order can be collected. This will normally be your local Royal Mail depot or sorting office. You must take this card and identification with you when you collect your travel money.
How do I find my nearest Asda Travel Money bureau?
Just go online at http://money.asda.com/travel-money/ and enter your postcode where you see the prompt and you’ll see a map with a selection of your nearest Asda Travel Money bureau.
How much notice do I need to give when I order currency online or by phone?
For euros and dollars, you need to order before 2pm to pick up your currency after 2pm the next day. For all other currencies, if you order before 2pm you should allow 72 hours.
How much notice do I need to give when I order currency at an in-store bureau?
Most major currencies are available at in-store bureaux, immediately.
What do I do with any currency that’s left over at the end of my trip?
On most foreign currencies, we’ll buy back your unused notes – at 0% commission.
