- How do I apply for an Asda Money Credit Card?

It's quick and easy to apply for an Asda Money Credit Card, you can do so online at money.asda.com/credit-cards. Before you apply, you'll need to register for an Asda.com account or log in if you've already got one.
- Who can apply for an Asda Money Credit Card?

To apply, you must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident. Credit is subject to status.
- How can I manage my Asda Money Credit Card?

You can manage your account online at money.asda.com/credit-cards or using the Asda Money Credit Card app.
- Can I add an additional cardholder?

Yes. You can have up to 4 additional cards on your account. Please note that as the primary cardholder you remain fully liable for any balance on your account.
To add an additional cardholder, go to the Card tab in your app or online servicing account, choose Manage cards and follow the steps to Add new cardholder.
- I've been declined for an Asda Money Credit Card. Why?

If your application has been referred, you don't need to do anything else. We'll contact you within 7 working days with an update on your application.
- How long will it take to receive my card?

If you've ordered a new card, or recently opened a new account with us, this should be with you in 7-10 calendar days. If you requested a card more than 10 days ago, please order another card in your app or online servicing account.
- What do I need to apply for an Asda Money Credit Card?

- I already have an Asda Money Credit Card. Can I apply for another one?

No, you can only hold one Asda Money Credit Card at once.

- What is Apple Pay?

Apple Pay allows you to pay with your smartphone on websites, in apps, and in stores using the cards saved in your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac.
- How do I download Apple Pay?

Apple Pay comes pre-installed on your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac. Please check Apple Support to check if your device is eligible, and ensure you’re on the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS or macOS.
- How do I add my card to Apple Wallet?

The easiest way to add your card to Apple Pay is from the Asda Money Credit Card app. Simply go to the Card tab, select Apple Pay and tap Add to Apple Wallet.
With your iPhone, open the Apple Wallet app, tap the plus sign at the top of the screen and select the Debit or Credit Card option – then just follow the instructions on-screen.
For Apple Watch, open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and select Wallet & Apple Pay, then tap Add Credit or Debit Card.
On iPad, go to Settings, open Wallet & Apple Pay, and select Add Credit or Debit Card.
On MacBook Pro with Touch ID, go to System Preferences, select Wallet & Apple Pay, then select Add Card.
- How do I change my default card on Apple Pay to my Asda Money Credit Card?

The first card that you add to Apple Pay will be set as your default card. Unless another card is selected, payments will be taken from this card.
Changing your default card to your Asda Money Credit Card is simple, just go into the Settings, navigate towards the Wallet and Apple Pay section, and update to your Asda Money Credit Card.
- How do I pay with my using Apple Pay in stores?

Make sure you have your Asda Money Credit Card set as your default card in your Apple Wallet. To pay with Face ID, double-click the side button, glance at your screen, then hold your iPhone near the reader. If prompted, you may need to authenticate with Face ID or enter your passcode to open Apple wallet. If your phone has Touch ID, just double-click the Home button.
For Touch ID, hold your iPhone near the reader with your finger on Touch ID.
On Apple Watch, double-click the side button and hold Apple Watch up to the reader. Hold the display of your Apple Watch near the contactless reader until you feel a small vibration and hear a beep.
- How do I pay with my using Apple Pay online or within apps?

Make sure you have your Asda Money Credit Card is set as your default card in your Apple Wallet.
To pay in apps and on websites in Safari on your iPhone and iPad, select Apple Pay at checkout and complete the payment using Face ID or Touch ID.
To pay on websites in Safari on your Mac, select Apple Pay and complete the payment using your iPhone or Apple Watch.
On MacBook Pro, pay using Touch ID on the Touch Bar.
When your payment is successful, you’ll see Done and a tick on the screen.
- How do I use Apple Pay on TFL?

You can use Apple Pay to speedily get through ticket barriers and bus card readers without using Touch ID or Face ID by turning on Express Transit To enable Express Transit mode simply click the settings button, and select Wallet & Apple Pay. Select Express Travel Card and set up your Asda Money Credit Card as the default card. You will need to confirm your selection via Face or Touch ID.
- Will I be charged for using Apple Pay?

We won’t charge you for making purchases with Apple Pay.
- What do I do if I’m changing my smartphone?

Your card will be automatically removed from the Wallet app when you reset your iPhone.
Alternatively, you can remove your Asda Money Credit Card from your Apple Wallet before you change your iPhone, if you plan on throwing it away, or if you allow someone else to use your smartphone temporarily.
- What do I do if I’ve lost my smartphone, or if it’s been stolen?

If you believe that your security details have been compromised, or if your device is lost or stolen, there are options to help you:
Log into iCloud.com, click settings and toggle the option to allow any purchases to be made with your Apple Pay details.
Use the Find My iPhone to either set your device to Lost Mode, or wipe it completely.

- How do I remove my card from my Apple Wallet when using an iPhone or iPad?

Select the settings option on your device, open the Wallet & Apple Pay option, and select the card that you want to remove. Once you’ve done this, tap the info tab to see your card information, where you’ll be able to choose Remove this card.
- How do I remove my card from my Apple Wallet when using an Apple Watch?

Open your phone and select the Watch app. Once you’ve done this, navigate to the My Watch tab and open the Wallet & Apple Pay Select the card that you want to remove. And tap the info tab to see your card information, where you’ll be above to choose Remove this card.
Asda Rewards FAQs
- How do I spend Asda Pounds I've earned using my Asda Money Credit Card?

You'll need to log into your Asda Money Credit Card app or online servicing account, and select Add to Cashpot on the Asda Pounds tab. Using the Asda Rewards app you'll be able to convert the Asda Pounds in your Cashpot into vouchers to spend in Asda.
- How do I set up an Asda Rewards account?

To set up an Asda Rewards account, follow these two simple steps.
Step 1: Download the Asda Rewards app
Step 2: Create an account using the same email address you have registered to your Asda Money Credit Card account.
Once your Asda Rewards account is set up, you can add the Asda Pounds you’ve earned on your purchases with your credit card to your Cashpot. You can then convert them to Asda Rewards vouchers in the Asda Rewards app to spend in Asda.
- I'm not able to add my Asda Pounds to my Cashpot, but I have an Asda Rewards account set up?

If you're not able to transfer your Asda Pounds to your Rewards account, its likely we've not been able to link your account. Please check that the email address on your Rewards account matches the email address on your credit card account. If this is not the case, or you're still not able to transfer your Asda Pounds having checked, please get in touch with us via Live Chat in your app.
